ODAAT is dedicated to serving low-income and homeless men and women and their families in the Philadelphia area who are afïlicted by addiction and HIV/AIDS. Our focus is on providing peer support and promoting healthy, positive lifestyles. We accomplish our mission through a holistic array of services, including addiction recovery counseling, linkage to health and social services, transitional housing, and community outreach.
