The Healthy Marriage & Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) Grantee Support and Advancement (GSA) Project is funded by the Office of Family Assistance (OFA) to support HMRF funded programs and advance the field. HMRF programming supports the Federal purposes of the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program by providing individuals and families with relationship education to strengthen all their relationships, as well as case management and employment services to increase economic security.
Manhattan Strategy Group manages the HMRF GSA project, which is funded by OFA under the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). The multi-faceted effort provides training and technical assistance to 110 HMRF grantees across U.S. who are funded to provide skill-building programming and support to TANF-eligible families.
