We are a mental health & wellbeing support line who wish to empower those with the confidence of knowing nobody is alone. Our aim is to offer support and guidance to the whole rugby community including, players, coaches, members, staff, families and supporters.
As well as providing a support service we wish to go one step further and inspire and motivate people to become the best version of themselves by converting negative feelings into positive actions.
