Offset supports and advises government and companies across the Allied Defence Industrial Base. To set the pace for technological advancement, Europe, the U.S., and the broader Allied Defence Industrial Base (ADIB) needs investment into a next-generation defense tech built by operators for operators. Yet, less than 2% of European venture investors offer operator expertise, and almost none specialize in defense technology. Further, many governments and militaries lack access to the differentiated talent and market insights to understand the evolving defence sector. Offset brings industry experts, former operators, and thought leaders to provide expertise to stakeholders across government and the military, investors, and companies. We work with investors, governments, and companies to help build the broader national security tech ecosystem.
