We are a family-owned craft brewery creating diverse craft beers for a diverse audience, ranging from consistent, familiar beer styles to unconventional experimental ones. In focusing on bringing high-quality beers to you, we are also cognizant of the ingredients we use and our impact on the environment. To this end, we stand for organic ingredients and continuously evolving sustainability.
We work through our supply chain starting with our partner farmers to source organic barley, other malts and fruits and use these ingredients in our state-of-the-art brewery in Shirwal, on the outskirts of Pune, to create exceptional beers. The brewing process at Shirwal is unique - we source natural well water, rely predominantly on self-generated electricity and recycle and recondense water and steam to be as efficiently sustainable as we can.
The result is a pint of beer brewed with the best intentions, created through local partnerships and consumed with fun and joy! The next time you raise a pint at one of our many crazy brunches or events, you’re not only having the best beer you can, you’re also saying “Oi! This is good for us and good for the environment!”
