Oikos Realty™ is the first Virtual Real Estate Brokerage that operates on the South Florida market. With the advances of today's technology traditional "brick and mortar" real estate offices no longer makes sense. According the National Association of Realtors®, over 80% of today's home buyers initiate their search using the Internet. Most of the Realtors® work from their homes offices; they make showing appointments online and email contracts from their laptops while sipping coffee at Starbucks.
