The Old Grad Club was born out of the realization that as veterans, we have one of the strongest bonds out of any group of people in the world, but the sharing of lessons learned and comradery that we experienced in the military has not continued into the private sector.
Throughout US history, veterans have achieved incredible success in business, but their military roots have been left out of the greater story. After speaking with many successful veteran business leaders, we have found that it is the leadership, character, and decision making forged through military service that is often the key driver to their success.
Through the Old Grad Club, we aim to create esprit de corps by highlighting the successes of the community, building on each other’s success through knowledge sharing, and enabling like-minded veteran business leaders to connect and grow their careers together.
