Historically OVC, Inc. has focused on at-risk General Contracting and self-performance of masonry, this background has given us a great deal of experience that lends itself naturally to entering the consulting market as a Program/Construction Manager. Our experience functioning within the operations of multiple government contracting authorities gives us unique insight to the strengths and weaknesses of various operating models as well as software systems. Additionally, given that many municipalities and other government entities are managing a portfolio of aged facilities in need of life-safety, ADA and exterior upgrades, our self-performance and GC experience in these areas make us uniquely qualified to oversee such programs or projects on behalf of the owner/client.
