A small home based yoga studio designed for small group classes of 6 or less, couples/partner yoga and private classes. Geared towards beginners or those who are new to yoga, this Iyengar style yoga will help you develop the necessary skills to have a safe practice and achieve maximum benefit from the physical asanas.
Large studios can be intimidating and cause anxiety amongst the majority of people, and so the idea to have a small atmosphere where you can feel confident, came to the light. Most of my clients have never taken a yoga class before, or have taken less than 10 in their entire lifetimes, so there is a wonderful environment that feels open and accepting to everyone.
