The history of OMB - OFFICINE MECCANICHE BOIANO S.r.l. began in 1978, when the brothers Gennaro and Pasquale Boiano, with significant experience acquired at BTicino S.p.A., decided to found their own precision mechanical workshop, CO.ST.AT. S.n.c. (Mold and Tool Construction). Over the years, the company has recorded constant growth both in terms of turnover and staff, transforming itself into OMB S.r.l. in 1999.
This expansion has allowed us to extend our skills to various sectors, including the construction of thermoplastic injection moulds, medium/small series machining on CNC machines such as machining centres, lathes and both wire and die-sinking electrical discharge machining, as well as aeronautical machining .
An area of particular development for OMB S.r.l. is the design and production of machines for the Ice Cream sector. Here, customer attention is a priority, with the aim of building a solid and long-lasting partnership relationship, accompanying the customer in every phase of the production cycle to fully satisfy his needs.
