OMeda (Shanghai Omedasemi Co.,Ltd) was founded in 2021 by 3 doctors with more than 10 years of experience in nanpfabrication. It currently has 15 employees and has rich experience in nanofabrication (coating, lithography, etching, two-photon printing, bonding) and other processes. We support nanofabrication of 4/6/8-inch wafers. Some equipments support 12-inch wafer processes. For MEMS sensors, flexible sensors, microfluidics, nano-optics, photonic integrated circuits, Micro LED, power devices and heterogeneous integration. With advanced equipment, instruments and experience, we will bring you reliable, high-performance products and efficient services.
At the same time, in our many years of work experience, we have accumulated some special processes for specific application scenarios and industries, such as electron beam lithography metasurface and grating, two-photon printing fiber micro-nanostructures, microlenses, microneedle arrays, atomic layer deposition coatings, pulsed laser deposition coatings, surface active bonding, ultra-low loss silicon nitride thin film substrates, ultra-narrowband optical coating filters, ultra-high uniformity vacuum evaporation coatings (SiO2, TiO2, HfO2, 0.5%-1%@8 inches), large-scale low-cost mass production of wafer coatings, 6/8inch 150nm DUV stepper, 12-inch LPCVD TEOS Sio2, 12-inch metal film, etc.
