I have always been an active person and over the years health and fitness have been my escape from the stress and pressure of planning and operating Incentive Programs for High-End International Clients. Working out gave me a chance to escape work and mentally disconnect. I enjoyed it so much that, eventually I became a Zumba Instructor and later a Group Fitness Instructor. The experience was so rewarding. Being able to help people feel better, motivate them to achieve their fitness goals and, giving them an outlet to de-stress and enhance their quality of life is a fulfilling and gratifying feeling. Now, after celebrating my 10th anniversary as a Group Fitness Instructor I want to bring my passion for Fitness and Well-Being to the corporate world and add positive vibes to the community.
