Dr. DeCunha is a Naturopathic Doctor with a focus on treating burnout and addressing the mental, emotional, and physical symptoms resulting from it. This has lead to her mission of helping organizations optimize the wellbeing of all their employees.
What puts her in a very unique position to help your company?
Over the past decade she has worked with patients in her clinical practice one-on-one and has been privileged to have her patients open up to her about what exactly it is that lead them to burnout and how exactly it is impacting them. They’ve shared things with her that they’ve never shared with their family and friends, let alone their colleagues or bosses. She has successfully treated hundreds, if not thousands, of people specifically with burnout and in recent years has expanded her services to work with businesses to help treat it from a top-down approach.
She helps to improve the overall wellbeing of employees in the workforce by teaching companies what burnout is, what it’s costing them and how to overcome it. From there we implement specific strategies to improve the wellbeing of their team members through online educational programs, in-person team building sessions and increasing access to healthcare services.
