One Heart is a not-for-profit bringing hope to children in East Africa, empowering them to break the poverty cycle and fulfil their potential. Established in 2007 out of Australia and working in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. All our initiatives are designed to break the aid-dependence cycle so recipients no longer have to rely on hand outs. Instead, they can stand on their own two feet and walk into their future with dignity and confidence, free from poverty, persecution, fear and oppression and have the resources to raise the next generation.
