OneFifteen is a not-for-profit healthcare ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people living with addiction. We are a management services organization that partners with Samaritan Behavioral Health, Inc. and RI International to provide addiction treatment. Our services include Crisis Stabilization, (24/7), Inpatient Residential (medically monitored and clinically managed services in a residential setting), Residential (clinically managed services with 24-hour support in a state-of-the-art dorm-style setting with clinical programming), Outpatient counseling (intensive and non-intensive counseling services for individuals, groups, and families).
OneFifteen’s Dayton campus, located in the Carillon neighborhood of Dayton and totaling over 4.5 acres, opened in October of 2019 and serves about 2000 individuals each year.
