OneLife Health & Performance was founded by Ken Winnard, M.D. with the goal of becoming an all-encompassing Health & Wellness Medical Clinic.
At OLHP, we use a multi-modal approach to help educate patients about all aspects of their health including nutrition, physical activity, hydration, hormone levels, sexual wellness, and more.
At OLHP, we use a collaborative approach to patient care. Our team partners with you, the patient, to help achieve your health goals.
We use a lifestyle, functional, and anti-aging approach to develop your care plan. We aim to find and treat the root cause of chronic disease, rather than treat the symptom(s). This is accomplished by a personalized, science-based care plan, which incorporates therapeutic lifestyle change.
