Our purpose is to empower individuals in underserved communities by bridging the gap between mental health support and cardiovascular disease prevention and management through essential resources including but not limited to: education, nutrition, exercise, and community. Due to the complexity and alarming prevalence of cardiovascular disease in Canada, we aim to tackle the issue holistically by first building a strong foundation prioritizing mental health awareness before organizing prevention-related opportunities, focusing on target populations at a time. Through our community group and events, we strive to promote a mental and physical well-being towards strengthening our hearts.
