Ones Up fights economic injustice through a passion based career development program rooted in healing, wellness, and social justice. We believe in challenging all traditional systems to forge new pathways toward success for black and brown people. Working with youth ages 14-24, we seek to build communities where young people can thrive, through our 3 pillars for engagement.

2. Shape Up! | We ensure youth get adequate programming by centering healing, wellbeing, and community for everyone involved
3. Build Up! | We expose and connect youth to paid opportunities based on their talents, passions, and interests.
