Only My Share

Only My Share provides rent protection to tenants and guarantors who enter into a joint and several tenancy agreements and are worried about the risk of being liable for rent arrears caused by other tenants within the property. For a one-off fee of £99, Only My Share cover reduces the risk to students and/or their guarantors paying out for other tenants missed rent, meaning that they are only liable for their share of the rent. Only My Share is part of the HH Group, launched by Housing Hand who has worked with over 3,000 letting agents across the UK and Ireland. We offer letting agents and partners a revenue share of up to 20% to act as introducers.
