I am Director of Ontologica, an innovative career transition and career coaching business that supports organisations and their people navigate the new world of work. The new world of work is not an abstract concept, it is a lived reality. Change is constant and brings with it both challenges to be managed and opportunities to be seized. Through true partnership and authentic engagement Ontologica provides a bridge to the future in this rapidly changing world. I enjoy wearing many hats. In addition to my work with Ontologica I am also a Counsellor and Educator for The Ethics Centre. Through these and other activities I have the privilege of applying my skills to the rewarding task of empowering individuals, organisations and communities to thrive. I work with corporate, government and for purpose clients and build strong, collaborative relationships. I am active in my community and passionate about supporting the vitality, diversity and sustainability of our natural and human systems.
