Ontological coaching is a very effective and in-depth discipline that supports people, teams and organizations to gain new and fundamental insights into their way of being and their actions. These new perspectives enable them to make lasting changes in their lives and work. Besides lenguage, ontological coaches use emotions and body to better understand the root of the issue and as an opportunity to become the person or organization you would like to be.
Ontological coaching is relatively unknown in Europe, but it has been around for decades and is a widely recognized and highly respected discipline, especially in the English- and Spanish-speaking world. Because of its solid empirical basis, practical insights into people and its pure form, ontological coaching is sometimes called the gold standard of coaching.
Ontological coaching is suitable for every coaching question, professional and/or personal and the ontological knowledge, distinctions and approach also bring teams and organizations new insights that create other possibilities to tackle challenges in an effective and sustainable way.
Among other things, I am certified as a Register Career Professional (RL), accredited as a Professional Ontological Coach and have worked for renowned consultancy firms in coaching and talent development in the Netherlands and abroad facilitating professionals and leaders in a variety of job profiles from a wide range of industries and sectors.
