Opal Grubbs lived in an assisted living facility in Louisville, Kentucky for over 40 years, and sadly, her one dream - to see the ocean - was never realized. In her memory, Opal's Dream Foundation works to improve the quality of life for those in assisted living communities - providing comfort, company, and compassion to those in need. Sometimes, we even make dreams come true. We're a member of Greater Louisville Inc, and an Accredited Charity with the Better Business Bureau.
