Optimaal Zorg is een kleine, krachtige en groeiende thuiszorgorganisatie waarin de persoonlijke dienstverlening aan cliënten voorop staat. We doen dit altijd vanuit een kleinschalige werkwijze, omdat we geloven dat zorg mensenwerk is en geen standaardproduct.
Onze integrale zorg is persoonlijk en professioneel en wordt niet bepaald door complexe regels. We werken wijkgericht met de wijkverpleegkundige als spin in het web. Comfort in de eigen vertrouwde omgeving is uitgangspunt en er is écht tijd voor de cliënt en zijn/haar familie en mantelzorger(s).
Wij bieden verpleging, verzorging, begeleiding, intensieve-, palliatieve- en 24-uurszorg aan (chronisch) zieken en ouderen. Daarnaast verlenen we mantelzorgondersteuning. Onze zorgverleners (zzp-ers in de zorg) zijn hierbij een belangrijke en onmisbare factor van betekenis!
