Orchard House Partners is a specialist Leadership and Team Coaching practice.
We use natural spaces, wildwood ecosystems and horses to accelerate leadership development. We improve the success of teams, leaders and change initiatives by making ‘hidden’ patterns visible and then coaching teams and individuals to intervene in the organization, team and personal systems. We offer regular programmes on Resilience Reset online in autumn and spring. We hold 2-3 day Retreats at Orchard House to allow leaders to press pause and reconnect with their purpose and leadership.
Called Orchard House because we have the unique resource of Orchard House and Farm as a venue for whole teams to immerse themselves in their work and provide a source of analogies for the systematic patterns they face. In the past we have worked too often in sub-optimal hotel or meeting room venues where the outcomes are therefore not as great as they could be.
We work at other venues also selected for the impact they have on team awareness, thinking and rate of change.
