Our Mission: “Orphans to Ambassadors provides disadvantaged and orphaned children the opportunity to rise out of poverty with sustainable education and practices. The skills, knowledge, and abilities that come from developing their own long-term resource solutions empower children and allow them to become ambassadors of goodwill and sustainability to other children and communities around the world” – Jake Gentry, Founder About Us: We are a young nonprofit working with orphans and sustainable technology to create cleaner futures. Not only do the technology, education, and practices give children cleaner water and food, brighter and safer energy, and more free time to be kids, we’re also creating renewable foundations in developing countries where any growth means more technology: the cleaner now the better tomorrow. What We Do: Orphans to Ambassadors is making green ideas and technology work in orphanages around the world. We've tapped nature by storing rainwater, halved energy budgets with better-burning brick stoves, and brought 10 more hours to the day for studying and play with LED Lights and small solar panels.
