Orti dei Berici is the main Italian producer of borettane onions, and partners of the biggest italian food industries. In a few years Orti dei berici has also succeeded in becoming a leader in the production of semi-finished vegetal for the food industry, the retail or food service, specialized in the transformation of basil for Pesto alla Genovese, Pesto Rosso and other fresh sauces.
