OSCaR is the Open Source Case-management and Record-keeping system. OSCaR was developed by Children in Families, a Cambodian NGO, with technical support from Save the Children International, and funding from USAID.
Children in Families is an NGO specialising in family-based care of children in Cambodia, with an emphasis on regular, ongoing case management of the kids we’re responsible for. OSCaR sits within our programming, both informed by, and informing, our day-to-day practice.
