OSL Group Overview

The Founders of OSL Group, the three brothers, Mr. Om Prakash Goyal, Mr. Sohan Lal Goyal & Mr. Liladhar Goyal with a very humble background started their journey in a small hamlet near Darjeeling called Sukhia Pokhari with a Dealership of SKO Kerosene Oil from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd in the year 1964 and gradually opening a petrol pump at Ghum, West Bengal and then switching the business to transportation of LPG cylinders. Later on, in the year 1988, Mr. Nirmal Kumar Goyal (Group Head) joined the business at a very young age and started the new era of developments in OSL Group. In 2001, Amic Engineering was formed by him and after that in 2004 OSL Logistics Pvt. Ltd. was formed to cater complete vehicle outbound logistics and Warehousing Services to the Automobile Companies. Under his leadership the Group had achieved new heights of growth by Diversifying its business activities in different sectors like Automotive Dealerships, Hospitality & Confectionary, Manufacturing, Insurance Broking, Real Estate, Electronics & Healthcare etc. With more than 13000 employees, the Group has now PAN India presence with its offices in all Metros and some of the major cities of the country.
