Our Value Creation Process:
• Identify underutilized real estate assets where developers are reluctant to become involved. Assets may be impaired with actual or perceived contamination, overlooked due to economic shifts or simply ignored or forgotten due to the passage of time.
• Develop a strategic plan for each property; accounting for reasons for underutilization, ownership issues, location and potential public and private sector partners. In cases where a site may have long term real estate value, consider options for future repurposing from renewable energy projects in conjunction with economic development partners.
• Where underutilization is due to environmental factors, work with environmental engineers and partner with environmental regulatory agencies to design and execute a risk-based clean-up of the site to allow for solar or other redevelopment immediately or in phases
• Identify and negotiate with offtakers and utilities to achieve best solutions.
