Otgontenger University (OTU) was founded in 1991 as Mongolia’s first private university to educate future generations to excel in their chosen professions.
Accredited domestically and internationally by the Accreditation Council for
Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), and taught by leading academic professors, OTU consists of 18 undergraduate, 7 graduate, and 2 postgraduate programs.
OTU has been a steadfast champion for higher education reform and is proud
of its rich history of international partnerships including the most recent
collaborations with the European Union, the Embassy of the People's Republic of China, and the Asian Development Bank to continue ushering in world class educational standards to Mongolia.
Promoting a truly international learning environment, OTU is a member of
the World Green Universities Association and has implemented the
Sustainable Education Project with the German Cooperation Agency and the
Swiss Development Agency as a testament to the university’s commitment
to sustainability.
