Our greatest strength is our ability to bring ideas and designs from concept through to reality.
In 1969, three highly skilled European mould makers, recently immigrated to Ottawa, found that there was no injection moulding expertise in the area. The skill of these founders has been the driving force in the evolution of the company and is the main reason of our success today.
In 2019, we will celebrate our 50th anniversary. In this time frame, we have helped develop and produce literally hundreds of plastic products in every business sector.
Our services include.
• Product development including design, rapid prototyping and prototype tooling
• Mould making of simple to complex multi cavity moulds using the latest CAD\CAM technology
• Injection moulding of a multitude of components from short run development parts to multi cavity high production runs.
• We currently have 28 moulding machines up to 600 tons running 24/5
• Sub-assembly, decorating, and packaging through to full turnkey supply of customer products
Our customers include small local technology firms through to large multi-nationals servicing the Telecommunication, Medical, First Responder, Consumer Products, Health and Safety, and other industries.
More importantly, we have adopted Lean Manufacturing principles in every aspect of our operation and will continue this journey for the foreseeable future.
