OCJ is a non-profit that proactively identifies gaps and develops highly customized programs in collaboration with community partners. We then deliver innovative resiliency and recovery coaching to individuals in various settings. Participants in our unique programs make impressive improvements in their well-being by working with our coaches, as each of them brings the extraordinary combination of lived experience and sophisticated brain science knowledge.
