Our Town St. Helena (OTSH) is a California non-profit public benefit corporation, 501(c)3, incorporated in 2009. It was founded by a group of volunteers who live in St. Helena with concerns about the lack of housing that is affordable to lower-income households, and how that is impacting the character and fabric of the town. What started as an advocacy group evolved into a housing development organization.
