Our Voice Alliance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to elevating marginalized voices and perspectives to improve equity & empathy in education. We do this through our flagship program, Our Voice Academy, a multi-day event and community aimed at amplifying underrepresented voices, and empowering those who are shaping our future - educators - to gain better cultural competence and empathy.
