OVERLOOK INVESTMENTS GROUP ("Overlook") is an independent fund management company founded in 1991 by Richard H. Lawrence, Jr. Overlook established The Overlook Partners Fund L.P. ("The Partnership"), in 1992 to invest in public equity markets throughout Asia, excluding Japan.
In 2016, Overlook established Overlook 3G Investments, L.P., ("O3G"); a second Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership, to invest in a Chinese utility company.
The Partnership and O3G are both managed by their General Partner, Overlook Investments, L.P., and are advised by Overlook Investments Limited. The Partnership's successful 27 year history is based on the consistent execution of The Overlook Model.
