Panitia Pemilihan Luar Negeri (PPLN) adalah panitia penyelenggara pemilihan umum yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pemilu di sebuah negara asing.
Masa tugas PPLN: dimulai selambat-lambatnya 6 (enam) bulan sebelum hari pemungutan suara, dan berakhir 2 (dua) bulan setelah hari pemungutan suara
