My name is Roz, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I use the pronouns she/her and identify as a queer woman and am a visible minority which puts me in a unique position to understand and work with individuals with various intersectionalities not only using my academic knowledge but also my lived experience to help guide therapy and assist others in growth.
At Over The Moon we are here to assist you on your healing journey. We offer individual, couples, family, and conjoint counselling, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. My main modality is Narrative Therapy however, I use a variety of interventions and techniques in my work from various modalities where needed to help clients on their journey, such as DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, Attachment theory, Gottman’s Theory for couples counseling, and Family Systems Theory when working with families.
