His body of employees is made up of Masters and Doctors specialized in Software Engineering and professionals with important certifications in the IT field, such as: Project Management Professional (PMP), Oracle Certified Java and Oracle Database Certified. As for the software development process, the OWSE was one of the first Brazilian companies to adopt the philosophy of agile development. There was a large investment in this area by the company.
