We are specialists in international development and formed to meet the specific training and capacity building support needed by small and medium sized NGOs. We help NGOs learn how to strengthen grant proposals and gain greater chance of success by sharing our skills and building your knowledge. We provide mentoring, coaching, and training for international NGOs and also undertake grant management and capacity building on behalf of grant-making organisations. We are highly skilled and have 25 years' experience which we apply to our training to show NGOs not what to do, but crucially 'how' to do it! We have successfully managed complex multi-year grants, secured funding in excess of $3million and have worked on USAID, UKAID and Comic Relief funded programmes as well as several private grant making trusts and foundations. Our strapline is sharing knowledge, building skills as we believe that small and medium sized NGOs often have real expertise and experience in implementing high quality, impact driven programmes but are most often over-looked because of the highly competitive environment which is dominated by the big players.
