OZDISAN ELEKTRONIK was founded in 1980 to produce UPS, Voltage Regulators and Induction Hesating Systems in a small workshop at KARAKOY, ISTANBUL. As a result of component supply problems in domestic market, OZDISAN started to import components for own production from original sources directly. In short timecomponents supply department became a distributor. INFORM was founded to take over manufacturing businessand distribution was kept with OZDISAN. Eventually OZDISAN became the biggest component distributor and gained a good reputation as expert powerspecialist distributor. OZDISAN opened its first branch in KARAKOY in 1994. 6 other branches would follow by 2000. In 1995 INFORM moved to new factory in DES which is one of the biggest industrial estates in Asian side of ISTANBUL.OZDISAN started to expand business at Kuledibi, KARAKOY. In 1999 OZDISAN established factory automation division. Meantime OZDISAN widened the product spectrum to passivecomponents and got new distributorships. As a result of this growth and increased product range, old location at KARAKOY became insufficent by size With the movement of INFORM from DES Industrial Estate to SARIGAZI factory, OZDISAN moved to DES Industrial Estateat the end of 2005.Now OZDISAN has a very good reputation and exclusive position in Turkish electronics sector with 7 branches nationwide,sales offices in neighbouring countries more than one hundred employees. Quality of our service returned back to us as very prestigious customers portfolio like; ARCELIK, PROFILO, KAREL, SOLECTRON, TUBITAK, ASELSAN.
