Mazna has been working since 1964 in developing large green field projects in the Middle East, after the fall of the Curtain Wall, in Eastern Europe (Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovakia and Ukrain) and since 2006 in Sweden with ambition to manage, refine and develop commercial properties.
Our aim is to purchase real-estate in the Southern part of Sweden, develop them and run them under own management. In the few years we have been working in Sweden, we are proud to say that we have developed an extensive network of relationship with leasing commercial chains like Lindex, MQ and Kappahl and Karlsson, while our biggest tenant is Scania. We have lately rented two of our assets to local schools, which is new and exciting for us.
