In my 2nd last year of college, on the 19th of February 2004, I had my very first encounter with an Oekaki-site.
What I learned there, isn't drawing itself, no ... I learned that it's about more than just drawing something. You learn from others, you see what they do and learn from it. Not just their methods, you learn that drawing is also about daring to draw. Just draw and not feel bad about the result, because it's one big learning process after all. You can't draw your masterpiece the first time you pick up a pencil, now can you?
So now here we are, several years later and I've been busy with all sorts of stuff. Animations, cartoons, birth cards and all kinds of requests and commissions. http://pruts-art.com/commissions.html
And gotten used to working with programs such as photoshop, illustrator, indesign, flash, dreamweaver, after effects, premiere etc.
