P.E.A.R.L.S is a girls' development organization focused on empowering and mentoring girls,
aged 5 –18. Our focus is to equip young girls to be socially, physically and academically ready for success. Our goal is to reduce teen pregnancy by 10% by 2023 while encouraging our sisters to be Powerful Educated Ambitious Respected Liberated Sisters and restoring the values of responsibility, commitment and productivity.
Over the past four years, we have maintained partnerships with Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy Parkside Campus, Hart Middle School, Fort Davis Community Center and Center City Public Charter Schools Capitol Hill Campus, serving over 50 girls, between the ages of 5 and 17. We have a college acceptance rate of 90% and teen pregnancy prevention rate of 100%
