PSWA began operations on January 1, 2015 assuming administration of Associated Third Party Administrator's clients in Southern California. PSWA has over 30 years administering both Health and Welfare Trust Funds and Annuity Trust Funds. PSWA’S Administration of any Health and Welfare Trust Fund and any Annuity Fund and includes: • The administration of the employer contracts to setup the employers to report. • Tracking employer contributions at the employee and employer level. • Tracking delinquencies. • Enrollment and eligibility • Premium payment to carriers • Medical, dental, vision and Rx claims processing for a several PPO and EPO Plan options. • Accounts receivable, accounts payable and financials. • Work with investment managers and consultants to invest and liquidate funds. • Schedule all Board meetings and inform all the Trustees and professionals of the meeting dates and times. • Prepare meeting Agendas, minutes, and distributes to all the Trustees and professionals. • Setup for meetings either via zoom or GoToMeetings, or in person. • Work with the Trust Auditor to assist with the required filings and assist through the yearly audits. • Coordinate all the required mailings of notices and SARs to ensure timely mailing. • Review and update the Summary Plan Descriptions and coordinate mailing of the same.
