paidagogos is a sustainability and consulting company that works with young people in acquiring practical knowledge and skills with the aim of contributing to their school retention and completion, employability and civic engagement. Our 3-tiered model supports marginalized and at-risk youth to realize their educational success by discovering, cultivating and developing their abilities with the support of the school and community ecosystem. We do this by implementing innovative and experiential learning projects that create ongoing connections between school environments and the community.
