Our winemaking project stems from a vision: to return to the slopes of Etna, to a wild and complex land, to breathe life back into the past, with an eye to the future. This is how the conservative restoration of Palmento Costanzo was born, a dynamic synthesis of authenticity, tradition, and evolutionary vision.
Our vineyards extend over 18 hectares distributed between Contrada Santo Spirito and Contrada Cavaliere, with over one hundred terraces cultivated with bush-trained vines amidst sun, magma and sea breeze. To tell the story of the complexity of Etna's terroir, we adopt an artisanal and selective approach, oriented towards the enhancement of individual plots in order to produce Etna DOC wines capable of precisely expressing the identity of each vineyard and the richness of an area in continuous transformation.
At the same time, our production philosophy is based on research, innovation, and sustainability: cardinal principles that guide our constant commitment to quality.
