My mission is to support you in a journey of renewal and discovery of your true potential, and, in the process, your joy within. I am passionate about wellness, taking the toxic out of life and getting back to health: in our body, mind, spirit, relationships, and community. For me, wellness is letting go of fear, changing behaviours that block us from achieving our life's goals, detaching from stress, establishing healthy eating, emotional balance, and exercise regimes; and rekindling a sense of play and creativity. Becoming the essential you; embracing life, its beauty and potential.
Do you ever look in the mirror and don't recognize yourself anymore? You want to regain control over your mental, physical, and emotional health, but you're not sure how to shed your fears, climb out of your rut and step into the unknown. But staying still isn't working anymore either. You desperately want change for yourself, find your voice, and step into your own power - but you realize you need support to take action.
With coaching, we can dig deep, work through what's holding you back from achieving the life you deserve, clarify how you want to show up in the world, establish how to get there, and take flight, in and with your own power.
It's never too early and it's never too late to get the life that reflects your inner self and purpose. Will it be easy? No. Leaving your comfort zone - even if you hate it - is never easy.
