"Panja" brings for the first time in Tirana the concept of an 100% Gluten & Lactose Free Bakery, Pastry and Dairy Shop. All these products are produced in our premises in the Center of Tirana. The name "Panja", in Albanian means Maple, an ingredient that we use as a natural sweetener for our deserts.

We produce our Breads from the: Chickpea Flour, Lupini Beans Flour, Fava Beans Flour, Quinoa Flour and Buckwheat Flour. All these flours are blended by us on a Mill where only Gluten Free flours are Milled.
Our breads have a high proteinic level, very low Glycemic Index and no traces of gluten, which makes them suitable for Diabetics and Celiac.

“Pania” brings for the first time in Europe the concept of a 100% Lactose Free Dairy Shop. By us you will have the opportunity to find Almond Milk, Almond Cheese, Cocoa Butter. All these products are Artisanal and produced in our premises.
Gluten & Lactose Free Cakes and Deserts
Panja brings a wide range of Cakes, Biscuits and Crostatas, all Gluten and Lactose Free. We have adapted some of the classics of International Tartology in our Gluten & Lactose Free version. For our Deserts we use only Quinoa and Almond flour.
