Papa is an end-to-end human care network supporting the social needs of older adults, other underserved populations, and families. Through our national network of vetted and trained Papa Pals, we deliver personalized non-medical care, companionship, and everyday assistance right to members’ front doors. We’ve facilitated millions of in-person visits in more than 7,300 U.S. cities, helping countless members get to the doctor or grocery store, age in place for longer, ward off loneliness, and much more. Our program has been associated with improved healthcare utilization, medical cost reductions upward of 19% for higher needs populations, and significant improvements to members’ qualities of life and well-being.
