I have a driving philosophy – I believe that preparing students to be successful in the legal profession and helping them to thrive as lawyers means helping them to manage the stresses inherent in law school and practice. Well-Law for law students, lawyers, and legal professionals: https://www.well-law.com/ About Well-Law After years of researching, reviewing, and practicing self-care methods, I know that a well-managed and joyful life based on a foundation of wellness does not have to be mutually exclusive with law school and working in the legal field. That’s why I developed Well-Law, a comprehensive program that provides methods to manage the stresses inherent in law school and the legal profession. What makes Well-Law unique is its “bookend” design that helps students integrate wellness principles and tools into their law school experience from orientation through bar study. Just as weight lifting over time can create muscle and lead to a stronger body, the experiential learning exercises and self-care practices in Well-Law can create positive thinking and behavioral patterns that lead to increased resilience, greater happiness, and improved wellbeing.
